PROCEDURE FOR APPROACHING COMMITTEE:
Committee deals with grievance issues of parents, students, or the school staff. A written complaint/grievance is to be registered. Following are the ways to complaint/grievance can be registered:
- A parent/student can register his/her complaint/grievance through the “PARENT/STUDENTS COMPLAINT/SUGGESTION REGISTER” (Location of the register- Reception Office) or he/she can register his complaint through “EMAIL ([email protected]) OR TELEPHONICALLY (8109099725)” or by drop a complaint/grievance letter in the “COMPLAINT/GRIEVANCE DROP BOX”(Location of drop box- Outside of Reception office & Principal Office).
- A teacher/non teaching staff can register his/her complaint/grievance through the “STAFF COMPLAINT/SUGGESTION REGISTER” (Location of the register- Reception Office) or he/she can register his complaint through“ EMAIL ([email protected]) OR TELEPHONICALLY (8109099725)” or by drop a complaint/grievance letter in the “COMPLAINT/GRIEVANCE DROP BOX”(Location of drop box- Outside of Reception office & Principal Office).
